The Grey Cup party shifted to the City of Champions on Tuesday, as the Eskimos held a rally in Edmonton to celebrate their victory in the 103rd Grey Cup presented by Shaw.

The team held the rally at Edmonton’s Churchill Square, the location of city hall, as Mayor Don Iveson joined Vice President of Football Operations/General Manager Ed Hervey, Head Coach Chris Jones and the rest of the team in celebrating its 14th Grey Cup victory in franchise history with the team’s loyal fans.

Players took turns hoisting the Grey Cup and taking pictures with fans, while some, including Jones addressed a crowd of about 10,000.

The Eskimos earned a 26-20 victory over the Ottawa REDBLACKS on Sunday, picking up their 10th straight win to cap off what’s been a fairytale turnaround in Edmonton.
