The Labour Day Rematch means great football, the beginning of fall and the launch of the Eskimo Cheer Team calendar! The 2012 Eskimo Cheer Team calendar will go on sale at Friday night’s game against the Stampeders.
“The 2012 Eskimos Cheer Team calendar is our best ever,” says Cheer Team Coach Dianne Greenough. “This is the team’s 12th calendar and every year it just keeps getting better!”
Rookie Taylor is this year’s cover girl. Clad in a game day helmet and the most amazing green eyes it is a stunning front page. Taylor says she is “thrilled to have been selected for this great honour on such a prestigious calendar.” 
The 2012 calendar is a classy look at the Girls of the Gridiron. They travelled to Jasper, Alberta for the bulk of the shoot and photographer Bill Meacham from Artistic Creations did an amazing job capturing the beauty of the girls .
The centre page celebrates their talented “Top Guns”, the 16 males on the team who really make the Eskimo Cheer Team the unique sensation they are.
Look for members of the Cheer Team in the stands and on the concourse pre-game, halftime and post-game to get your calendar for just $10.
Each year, all proceeds from calendar sales go towards fundraising for the Cheer Team to send them to the Labour Day games, Grey Cups and various training camps and competitions.
