Edmonton finished the season 8-10 and earned a crossover playoff berth. In the East Semifinal against Montreal, the Double E scored a 37-29 win as quarterback Trevor Harris shines. Harris set CFL playoff records for consecutive completions (22) and completion percentage (36/39 for 92.3%), passing for 421 yards, and a touchdown. They would lose in the East Final against Hamilton 36-16.

Defensive lineman Almondo Sewell earns the team’s lone spot on the CFL’s All- Star team.

In December, Edmonton hires Scott Milanovich, making him the 22nd head coach in franchise history.

Ricky Ray is added to the Wall of Honour.
