2014 Edmonton Eskimos
Under head coach Chris Jones the team began the season with a 7-1 start, finishing with a 12-6 regular season record and their 7-2 record at Commonwealth Stadium was the best since 2008. This year they set a club record for single-season turnaround which included an 18-10 West Semi-Final victory at home against the Saskatchewan Roughriders and an appearance in the West Final.
Adarius Bowman leads the league in receiving with 1,456 yards. Linebacker Dexter McCoil is named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Rookie and head coach Chris Jones was a finalist for the CFL Coach of the Year Award.
Hector Pothier and Bill Stevenson are added to the Wall of Honour and Neil Lumsden is inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.
