The Double E would end the season with a record of 10-8, good for second in the West Division. They would eventually lose in the West Semifinal to the Calgary Stampeders for the second straight season. Linebacker Willie Pless is named the CFL’s Most Outstanding Defensive player. Tracy Ham would pass for 3,655 yards, receiver Jim Sandusky had 1,243 receiving yards and Bennie Goods had 10 sacks.
Danny Bass, Don Getty, and Oscar Kruger are added to the Wall of Honour.
