• Grew up playing in the Burlington Stampeders Football Program.
• After University assisted with coaching Defensive Line and video work for Oakville Titans.
• Brampton Beast Hockey Club (ECHL) 2015-2017.
• Toronto Wolfpack Rugby Club (RFL) 2017-2018 (Inaugural year of first transatlantic pro sports team).
• Attended Iroquois Ridge High School in Oakville and holds an Advanced Diploma in Sport Management from Humber College (2016).

ABOUT
Shahbaz Dhillon enters his second season with the Elks and first in Football Operations after spending the last 9 years in Business Development and Partnerships, including 4 within Sports. Bringing a varied perspective but a deep knowledge and understanding for all aspects of Football, Dhillon works closely with HC/GM Chris Jones and AGM Geroy Simon. His responsibilities include management of the salary cap, player contracts, roster transactions, football budgets, scouting & all logistics, and other football related projects. He also spent time at Wilfrid Laurier, HBBA, after transferring from the Waterloo Football recruiting class (2010, OL/DL).
