What do I do if I can’t attend a game?
Season seat holders unable to attend a game have multiple options for repurposing their tickets. The first, is to transfer them to friends or family to utilize. Alternatively, tickets can be donated to Kids Up Front, who will issue a tax receipt (yearly around February). Tickets that are not transferred or donated and are unused (not scanned at the gates), can be exchanged towards another game in that year’s regular season. Tickets for the last game of the regular season do not qualify for the Ticket Exchange Program. Simply call the Elks Service team at 780-448-3557 and redeem up to 4 unused tickets per non-premium game. Premium games will be announced on our season schedule once released.
