      • Middlemost made 83 receptions for 1,032 yards and seven touchdowns in 26 games over four seasons (2016-19) at McMaster.
      • In 2019, he recorded 32 receptions for 528 yards and four majors as the Marauders won the Yates Cup.
      • Middlemost registered a career-high 119 yards – including a 72-yard reception – in a Sept. 21, 2019, victory over Windsor.
      • Selected in the fourth round (34th overall) of the 2020 CFL draft by Calgary and signed on Jan. 21, 2021.

YEAR-BY-YEAR:

  • 2025: (Edmonton) Appeared in 15 games for the Elks (one start). Registered eight special teams tackles, along with five receptions for 34 yards.
  • 2024: (Calgary) Middlemost played 17 games and has three catches for 43 yards, four kickoff returns for 65 yards and nine special-teams tackles. He led the Stamps with three special-teams stops in a Week 2 game at BC and had a couple of catches in Week 8 at Ottawa.
  • 2023: (Calgary) Middlemost was in uniform for 12 regular-season games, playing on special teams and also serving as a reserve receiver. He made four special-teams tackles. Middlemost also played in the Western Semi-Final.
  • 2022: (Calgary) Middlemost played 16 regular-season games and saw action as a special-teamer and backup receiver. He was among the team leaders with nine special-teams tackles and also had an onside kick recovery. On offence, Middlemost had five catches for 44 yards including a season-best 29-yarder against Toronto in Week 17. He was also in the lineup for the Western Semi-Final.
  • 2021: (Calgary) Middlemost played 13 games and made seven special-teams tackles and forced one fumble. He was also in uniform for the Western Semi-Final. First game: Aug. 7, 2021, vs Toronto. First reception: June 18, 2022, vs Hamilton
