Nick Pelletier

Pelletier is entering his 11th season with the Edmonton Elks and his 12th in the CFL. A native of Stoney Creek, ON, Nick graduated from Brock University with a degree in Sports Management. After graduation, Nick accepted a role as Marketing Intern with the CFL league office in 2012 where he was an integral member of the 100th Grey Cup Train Tour staff. Nick was hired by the Edmonton Elks in 2013 as the club’s Community Relations Coordinator, where he oversaw all player community appearances, minor football guest coaching invitations and Stollery Children’s Hospital visits. In 2016, Nick was hired as the Football Operations Coordinator and in 2018 he was elevated to Assistant Director, Football Operations.

In 2022, Nick accepted the position of Eligibility and Compliance Advisor with MacEwan University Athletics in Edmonton. He was responsible for tracking student-athlete eligibility, semester GPAs, booking team travel and assuring the department was compliant with all USPORTS policies.

In his current role as Director of Football Operations, Nick works directly with VP of Football Operations and General Manager, Ed Hervey on the day-to-day operations of the department, including team travel logistics, player contracts, salary cap and budget management.
