David Boone Award

The David Boone Award was created in 2005 in memory of the legendary Elks defensive lineman, three-time West Division All-Star and CFL All-Star who spent countless hours helping the less fortunate. The honour is awarded annually to the Elks’ player who best displays the characteristics on the field and in the community that Boone stood for. Elks continue Monday Morning Magic Tradition

EDMONTON, AB – The Edmonton Elks have always been engrained in the community and 2023 was no different. Players, coaches, cheer team members, mascots, and staff were out in full force during the year, to the tune of over 2,286 hours of community contributions.
