TRANSACTION | Ivey removed from suspended list

American Martez Ivey (OL) has been removed from the Edmonton Elks suspended list and will begin practicing with the team as they prepare to open the 2023 CFL regular season June 11th vs. Saskatchewan, the team announced Monday.

Ivey, 27, was placed on the suspended list on May 14. The Florida product Ivey suited up for 15 games with the Elks in the 2022 regular season, after beginning his CFL career in 2021 with the Toronto Argonauts.

The Elks are practicing this week at Clarke Stadium in preparation for their 2023 CFL regular season opener against the Saskatchewan Roughriders on June 11.
